I forgot to mention that it is for your hair. You stick your hair through the hole and can put it up into a bun, a french twist, a bun with a ponytail in the middle, and other things. But I just can't remember how to do the more complicated things like the french twist.

i have no idea what does it do is it bendy or ne thing is it for hair, kinda looks like a harigami or w/e i dont kno, good luck w/ that thing

It looks like a big turd with a hole in the middle, can't give you instructions, ask the local Librarian
