if you didnt do it then you need to tell them this. i know they wont believe you first time but you have to convince them that it wasnt you.
it is hard to get that trust back

Maybe you should lie less to your parents and they would not think that way about you. Maybe since your parents have caught you stealing before they assume it was you. Maybe you need to start being honest and quit having a bad attitude with your parents and stop lieing so much and you will get believed more. I think that you have lost their trust and even though they love you very much and hate to think the worst of you they feel as though they have no choice since you have proven your self a liar and shown them that you are capable of stealing before, especially since you got caught in the act recently. You will need to earn back that trust and it wont be easy or fun but you will have to start telling the truth no matter how bad you want to lie. You will have to do this wach and every time until you earn that trust back. You will have to show them that you deserve for them to trust you again. Good luck and keep in mind that your parents love you very much and it makes them very sad to not be able to trust you but as long as you are honest each and every time they will start to trust you again and you may get blamed first for stuff you did not do for awhile but you have earned that reputation for your self.
