Not sure what you mean, but when I make my own workout cd's for indoor riding on the trainer, I look for songs with a certain beat - like 90 beats per minute, to keep my cadence fast.

Some commercial cd's are out there for that, like the kind that aerobics instructors use. Check Amazon.com for "aerobics cd" or "workout cd"
