In a simple answer yes. Though it might seem bad on the surface of innocent people going to hell, it is not. The bible clearly states if you do not accept Christ as your savior you are going to hell. It doesnt matter how good of a person you are. If you do not accept God then you are saying he is not the creature of everything, and you are not giving him the praise he deserves for everything he does for us.
My heart goes out to all the families effected by it, and may God bless them.
I am pretty sure the killer is in hell with Saddam Hussain. Just because you ask for forgivness and say you accept God doesnt mean you are going to heaven. You have to actually believe what you say, if he murdered people he obviously doesnt follow Gods commands and doesnt love God if he so blatently shows hatred and violence toward others. That is the exact opposite of what God is about.

Why do you call it injustice. Have you not heard of the Good News? If so, have you accepted Jesus Christ as your savior? If the answer is no, and something happens to you then would you not be responsible for where you spend eternity? It's the same with these dead kids. We are not condemned to hell for not believing in Jesus, because of our sin we are already condemned. Everyone has the light of both creation and conscience. If we respond to the light we have, God will give us more light.
Acts 17:26-27 says: From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.

First of all I am sure you could care less about what is truth and what is a lie, and as one person said you just came here to start trouble.
Second, everyone of those people who knew Christ as their Saviour are safe in Heaven. God has promised this.
Whether we want to accept it or not, it is obvious that some of
them were not ready because the Bible declares that the vast majority of people on earth will never find the "narrow way."
I don't like to think of people going to hell any more than anyone else, but I will not tell a lie to soften truth. Consider that only 5% of all people in this country that were surveyed declared that they attend a church, synagogue or other house of worship. That means 95% don't. Given those statistics it would be wrong for me to give false hope for the masses of people who know about this tragedy.
Years ago a man walked into McDonald's in California and shot people to death, and then on his way out he saw to boys
on bicycles coming up and he shot them to death. There was no time for any of them to say, "Wait a minute - I am not ready
to meet God yet. Give me a chance to pray for forgiveness."
They were either ready or they were not.
Every time someone goes on one of those shooting sprees and kills innocent people who never did any harm to them the same thing happens. People pass out into eternity with or without Christ as their Saviour. It is a grief to me that some who read this post will never turn to Christ and sadly will not be ready when their time comes.
TRUTH IS NOT ALWAYS PLEASANT, BUT LYING IS FAR WORSE IF IT GIVES FALSE HOPE AND FALSE PEACE TO HURTING PEOPLE.

You're confusing love with a lack of justice. God cannot allow sin in His presence, and so if we refuse His offer of forgiveness through Jesus, since He can't allow us into heaven, He has no choice but to send us to hell. It's not His fault that we reject His terms of forgiveness. We have absolutely nobody to blame if we reject Him. If we go to hell, it's because of the choice we have made, not because God is not loving.
You're using a huge hypothetical with regard to the VT killer. Someone who mails off lengthy video messages to major media, then kills 30 people in 9 minutes and then kills himself could theoretically have a change of heart before he dies, but there's absolutely no indication that Cho did.

Only God knows what was in those people's hearts and that is how he will judge them. I don't believe that God will automatically sentence someone to hell for eternity if they didn't know Jesus. God knows that not everyone will even get an opportunity to hear about him and he judges accordingly. He is too wise to let so many people perish because of something they didn't know. God is extremely loving and kind and I believe those victims and the shooter can be forgiven and saved if they just call on him.

As a Christian I will not talk about what God does with souls after their death. We do not know if that person believed in God or not, so it is not our place to judge. God is fair and knows those people certainly better than we do. As far as the person who murders, I hardly think that person confessed to God just before he died. I have said this many times on this site, God is not stupid, just saying, "well, gee sorry I killed people", doesn't bring salvation. A person must be broken in spirit over their sin, not just doing lip service. God is not stupid. God is just.

It may not seem like heaven to you, and it may seem like it seem like injustice to you, but yes, according to the Bible, yes, those who die without accepting Christ as their savoir will go to hell. And Yes, if the killer, did repent just before committing suicide, maybe, who really knows. I don't think that we will really know until Christ returns and takes us back to heaven with him. Right now I don't think that it is for us to know.

Most the victims were Campus Crusaders and such. I read about them. It's sick. You're sick. I deny Jesus, but I will not go to your Christian Hell. de-de-de!
