Come on those people who tell you not to eat meat are freaking whacked in the mind. Protein you soy junkies!! Yes soy has increadible amounts of protein, but it taste like caca!
And to be honest the body can only digest a certain amount of protein per hour. Plus I love some Grilled Steak (hmm yummm yumm) LoL

Not only check the fat (Saturated=Bad) (Poly= Good)
Cholesterol, Sugar, but also very important, the Sodium content.

I'd go with fresh vegetables, and a lean steak (medium to well done) grilled, not fried.

omg, goody2shoes is psyco! If you eat meat, you eat death? *rolling my eyes*!!

I'd say pick the one with the lowest percentage of fat from calories. But as a general overview, I think lean cuisine tastes the best. The rice in healthy choice tastes like plastic.

I prefer Lean Cuisine, because of taste. All of them are pretty much similar when it comes to nutrition.

They are about the same. Check the calorie count and sugar content as well as fat content.

honestly, none of them are HEALTHY. if you're going to eat any of them, i think you should check for calorie, sugar & fat content to see which has the least of all of these, but you shouldn't eat any of them.
