You should if you want to - but not because everyone is "pressuring" you. Tell everyone to MTOB, and make your own decision. You don't need to have a "real wedding" to have a great marriage. Do what you and your husband are comfortable with.

Since you are married, you did in fact have a real wedding. You should only renew your wedding vows if and when you want to. That's a whole bunch of money that you could spend on a house or something. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, I had a big wedding the first time and renewed my vows on my 11th anniversary, so I get wanting to have the party. However, you seem like you're doing it for other people, which is a dumb reason to spend your money.

You already had your "real wedding", yours was at the justice of the peace! Haven't you felt married the last two years? Your wedding was what it was, whatever the circumstances at the time, and that is what you should have wonderful memories of since it joined you as a couple in marriage!
Traditionally, a vow renewal is done at the 25th anniversary, but recently more couples have been getting it done for the 10th anniversary. It is not, however, "another wedding" - there is a small ceremony done at a church or another location, no big white dress or anything, usually followed by the couple hosting family and close friends at their home for a meal.

You cannot have a wedding now that you are already married. It would be fine to have a fancy renewal of vows that is similar to a wedding ceremony, but only if you really want it.

You've already had your wedding, and you had your party 2 weeks later. It may not have been the big one you wanted...but it's done. It is too soon to renew your vows.
