does anyone know of any plants that will grow (or at LEAST sprout) in 1 week or less???? Just like the kind you buy as seeds in the little packets. If you know anything PLEASE let me know ASAP!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

broad beans
put cotton wool in a jar and soak in water. put seeds down the sides. leave in a warm bright place.

Most seeds will at least sprout in less than a week. Corn and lettuce work, any bean or pea will certainly work, and I would guess that just about any vegetable seed will.
