I am looking for a restarant that is capable of hosting a large party 50-75 people all from out of state.

The Fort in Morrison or the Buckhorn Exchange on Osage Street near downtown Denver. Both serve a variety of wild game dishes. Now whether you can have a party of 50 to 75 people in either establishment is another matter. But in terms of food that represents Colorado, those would be my picks.

Breckenridge Brewery in LoDo. It's a got a great combination of the Denver lifestyle and great beer (from what I hear) their food is awesome and it has plenty of room for a large party!

The Sunflower restaurant here in beautiful boulder is nice!

Make that a second vote for "The Sunflower" in Boulder - or Turley's in Boulder. Or "The Sink" in Boulder.... but that's very "Boulder", which isn't necessarily very "Colorado".
