It's been 8 days since I touched a cigarette and I really want to stay off it because I can't smoke anyways when I ship out to military training in less than a month. I always crave after a meal, that's usually the only time I really crave but I eat alot......any suggestions?

Do something punishing, like snapping an elastic on your wrist. You'll gradually condition yourself out of the craving.

Suck on a life saver or lemon drop or any hard candy. Of course there a lot of "stop smoking" candy like drops you can also try sold under various names.
