Begin by making separate drawings of the front, back and side views of the building. You need to carefully draw each view using the same scale. A common proportion might be 1/4" represents 1'. I would recommend using a scale that makes maximum use of the paper you've got. (Don't make it too small)

Things get a bit more complicated if your building has more than four sides. Start out with a simple four sided "box" structure.

Once you've got all four views, glue the paper on to thin cardboard and cut out the pieces.

Glue the four sides to a base piece of cardboard and then fashion a roof.

If you update your question with rough dimension of the building and the paper size, I will recommend a scale.
