im trying to watch a movie using it but i can only hear the movie and i can't see it. do u know whats wrong with it?

you might you might not have media center if you do thats why you have to use that either that or power dvd if you have reg xp you should have media center

Please confirm the format of the movie you are trying to watch.
If you are trying to play a downloaded video or MP4 Format movie then you should download Video Lan viewer

Video Lan media player
If however you are tying to watch a dvd for example you will need:
A dvd decoder
A dvd drive disk
The correct Drivers

Try updating your Media Player to the latest version

hard to answer your question without more information. But you have to at least check two things.
1. CPU speed and memory. If you still use PIII or 256MB memory, it happened.
2. If the movie is downloaded from Internet, check file extension to wmv, asf or avi etc. If the extension matched, download movie again.
