Always. The idea is to feel the heat against your skin and through your pores. I can't imagine covering up at all, I would think I'd be missing something.

Yes, especially the women-only saunas. You don't get the full benefit if you're wearing a bathing suit.

YES . MANY TIMES. ONLY GUYS AROUND SO NO BIG DEAL, AND IT IS A SAUNA.
