"Why do i get pop ups about my windows is not genuine?"
- Sounds like you have a pirated copy of Microsoft Windows operating system installed.

"does anyone know how to solve this problem?"
- Go to the Microsoft website and you should see links that will walk you through reporting a pirated copy and they will help you obtain a legal license. NOTE: If you pirated the copy, be prepared to purchase the license. If someone installed a pirated copy and you paid them for it without knowing it was pirated, you will be required to provide details on the person/company that sold you the pirated copy.

You may also be able to learn more about pirated copies of software at http://www.bsa.org or directly at the Microsoft website.

Your copy of Windows is pirated, therefore the pop-up. You will need to buy the licence before all that stops, because then it will be registered as genuine.
