I don't know how guys feel, but I prefer to be clean shaven. It makes me feel fresh.

People who said "ew, no" are just being ignorant. Shaving armpits is a North American thing...I'm sure that most countries in the world don't even have shaving products for women. When I went to Europe and China, I looked in their pharmacies both times and twice I didn't see shaving products for women.
Besides, if there wasn't supposed to be hair there, there wouldn't be. We have grown to have hairy armpits for a reason-protection, and I don't think it's good to tamper with it too much. Once I did make the mistake of shaving even though it was very light..and it grew back more!

Yes, it's a cultural thing but personal preference comes in too.

In my opinion, women's hairy armpits look ugly and men's too for that matter.

I'm a man and I get waxed all over including my armpits and it feel great and looks better than just leaving that part hairy.

I personally prefer my underarms to be hair free. Hairy armpits on a woman is just too unhygienic and masculine in my opinion.

It would matter to me!

I can deal with a woman (or myself) not shaving her legs for a week, and I can deal with not shaving the bikini line for a week or two, but I think the armpits should be shaved every couple of days at least!

It is very much a cultural issue. There are cultures where shaved armpits are not considered attractive. In the USA, for the most part, shaved is considered more attractive.

like anything else about yourself is up to you, if you check you'll notice that of most of the answer you got here reffer to what people would say if they notice, and that not being hygienic (which is a very ignorant thing to say), or it no being feminine..or "I do it so everybody esle should..", you also got a lot of "yuck..", I mean common, it's doesn't matter at all, but you should be aware that people think the way somebodey else tells them to and the kind of opinions you got here are more than likely the same opinions you'll get everywhere, sad but true......Be free, don't mind these ridiculous answers, just be yourself and enjoy

It depends on the situation... if u smell REALLY bad, or they are EXTREMELY noticeable, then I say shave those jungles! If no one can see it, and it doesn't really impact you in any "smelly" or "stinky" way, then it's okay I guess. But, I shave any time i notice that I need to. I don't eant to have Rated R armpits.... I rather see horrorfying things at the movies, not under my arms.

Well I shave mine, I think hairy armpits look bad on man and women. also, they make your armpits sweaty and smell even worse.
