How did it get there? Nevermind. I think I know. Use peanut butter. It works really well!

Regular rubbing alcohol. Saturate a few cotton balls and then apply the cotton balls to the area. Wipe at the gum and it will begin to loosen and slide off the hair.

Unless there's a problem with an allergy to peanuts, try peanut butter.
The other traditional method is ice. I cringe. Yes, ice, it makes the gum less gummy and more brittle.
I *don't* want to know ....

Vaseline should work. It can get gum off from skin on other parts of the body!

Peanut butter will take it out, and don't do that again.
