How did it get there? Nevermind. I think I know. Use peanut butter. It works really well!

Regular rubbing alcohol. Saturate a few cotton balls and then apply the cotton balls to the area. Wipe at the gum and it will begin to loosen and slide off the hair.

Unless there's a problem with an allergy to peanuts, try peanut butter.

The other traditional method is ice. I cringe. Yes, ice, it makes the gum less gummy and more brittle.

Vaseline should work. It can get gum off from skin on other parts of the body!

WOW! That's a new one. You could either shave or cut the gum out with scissors. good luck...
