Christians (Catholics & Protestants) believe that the historical Jesus was one of the three people in the trinity (the Godhead consisting of God, the Father, Jesus, the Son, & the Holy Spirit). Christians believe that Jesus was a prophet (most christians accept the doctrine of the trinity) who proclaimed the Gospel, or "good news." Muslims believe that the prophet Muhammad was the last prophet of the Abrahamic God. Both Christianity & Islam continue the faith that began with the God of Judaism.

It not a question of spiritual truths both are very similar in that. Its to do with the fact that Islam is God final revealed religion and God says we are to follow it and that is good enough for me.
I worship and give thanks to God not Jesus. Jesus was a wonderful man and a great prophet of God but not God and not Gods son.

Trick question.
There is no "spiritual truth". That's all just superstition.
