Well, it makes roughly a pint. so depending how big you want your portions, I would say about five.

It depends how hungry they are! Usually you get around 4 decent servings in a pack.

BTW - don't take pwei34's advice regarding pineapple. If you add pineapple or kiwi to jelly it doesn't set - most other fruit is fine though.

I would say 4-6 portions maximum. You could boost the dish by adding tinned fruit (peach slices, fruit cocktail, pineapple rings) or turn it into a full scale trifle.

PS. I see that we are once again a people divided by a common language. American "jelly" = British "jam", British "jelly" = American "jello".

If you are talking about those little tear-open packages - they say "single serving" on them. That means serves ONE not-very-hungry person or yields about enough to put on a half of a muffin..
