One Of the best things you can do is deep breathing exercises. This helps you learn to relax and provides oxygen to the body which will help your brain. I've enclosed a link where you can learn how to do this at home. I also recommend you do these exercises right before your finals.
Yoga stretches are very good for relaxing the body. See if you can find a Yoga class near you.

If you've done all your studying and preparing, shut those books and go rent your favorite funniest movie(s). Get a big tub of popcorn or whatever your best treat is. If you have some like-minded friends who can join you, call 'em over. Then watch your movie(s) and laugh until your stomach hurts and you can barely move. Go to bed, sleep well, get up with a smile from remembering the night before, and sail through those finals.

This is what I do. I go out to dinner with friends and relax. If no one can go I go for a walk and take my mind off of my finals. Right before bed I take a long bath and hop straight into bed. Good luck.

A good nights sleep and do something fun just before the test (play a round of pool for example)--something that doesn't take a long time, but puts you in a different frame of mind

Meditation.
And i don't mean it in a religious or spiritual way.
Just sit down where u are in a comfterable position, close ur eyes and take 2 deep breaths. In through your nose and out through your mouth, slowly. then just breath normally (with ur eyes still closed) and just think about how good it feels to breath. forget about the finals, forget about everything. and just think about how good it feel to breath
Good luck bro, and God Bless
