I put all ingredients into the bread machine. set the clock, then the timer for 1hr. Selected white bread/manuel. and start. It mixed the dough but then it quit doing anything.

Mine takes 3 hours for a 2.5 lb loaf. Mine has several different levels of operation. Mix, rise and bake.

For a normal loaf of white, my Breadman Pro takes about 3 hours. However, if it doesn't do anything, check to make sure the pan is seated well in there so the paddle can spin. Trust me, it's happened to me before.

Get out the instruction book, it probably is in the resting mode - be patient!
