This is a hard one because often it can be the smallest thing that seems like the most generous act. Today I told a girl behind me in the queue at the supermarket to go ahead of me as she only had a few objects. To me that was just manners but she seemed so surprised by it and kept thanking me like it was some big deal. The nicest thing someone has ever done me was a silent hug and smile from a friend when i was having a really crap time. So no grand gesture just an ordinary act of kindness at the right moment can mean so much.

two things in one day must have been my lucky day coz it made me feel soooo good to be able to help someone first of i was in town on a cold and wet day the guy was selling the big issue i felt sorry for him so i went to mcdonalds and bought him food and a hot drink to keep him going. he liked that . second i went shopping later on to asda when i came out the same two old couple were still standing at the taxi rank so i gave them a lift home they were ever so grateful. that was my good deeds done for the day.i try and do nice things for people when i can all the time. xxxxxxxxx

Well I do cakes and I make them to make someone smile.
I love knowing that I made someone smile on thier birthday or just a because day. I have done this for like 8 yrs now.
But it's worth it.

thr was this guy who was very abusive to my friend over the phone ..he would pick up my friends call in absence of my friend's BF n talk gibberish to her..those two lived in same hotel room..instead of her BF she came to me crying one day n see whay i could do about that guy as her BF would get into un-necessary arguments with that guy..i spoke to that guy myself to make sure he was a real jerk.... i called hotel n informed them about it. they dint do anything much at first other than requestig him not to do so... when he continued doing so, i had to call hotel again to say that if they dont take serious action against such abusive person, I will have to complain cops that these hotel people even after aware of such person n his behaviour they arent taking any action n the hotel reputation would go for a ride..immediately they called his parents who wer living in another far off place, made him quit his college n took him back to his hometown... that abusive guy was none other than my friends distant cousin n he dint know he was talking all like a perv to his relative...she is still thankful for me coz it was very depressing for her n she cudnt talk to her BF other than when he called her

I have helped someone over a rape, self harming and also helped to boast their confidence. I showed them that they can achieve as much as they want to achieve and to stand up for themselves. I'm not making this up as I did all this with my current fiancee.

I don't think that its a matter of how much money you spend, but the thought behind it. I always surprise my boyfriend with little things here and there. He loves that game Galaga, and I found a hand held module that connects to your TV, and even though it was small as $13 he appreciated it so much for the thought.

Love them whole heartedly, honestly, unconditionally. Let them go free to live their lives and see them happy in my arms or in anothers.
