It takes TIME to undue habits.
Habits form in the Brain and Soul.
Takes 30 days to get most habits established, and addictions are even stronger.
So, keep on confessing your sins, keep on trying to change, keep on going TOWARD GOD, and one day you Will be Free of all of that stuff.

Sin is still sin and we should repent of them from the love in our hearts. The forgiveness depends on the one we have offended.
We can look at sin as being anything we do that hurts another, either unintentionally or deliberately. Repentance is the sorrow and desire to restore the trust and heal the relationship. Our love for the other person, and their love for us is what determines if they will hold us accountable, or to be forgiven for what we have done. It also is what should keep us from doing anything to hurt them (sin) again.
If you look at the ten commandments as things that hurt our relationships, either with God or with other people, you can see that following them is really just an expression of love. They are not things we "have to do" like an obligation, but instead should be things we want to do because of our love.

Christ told Peter to forgive 7 times 70. He was saying God forgives endlessly. We must truly repent (sorry for our sin with the intention of never doing it again) but if we slip up, God will forgive us again if we are again truly repentant, and He will help us too. In His forgiveness we are not held accountable for what we have been forgiven (although there can be the normal consequences for sin that can happen - steal something at work you may get fired, kind of thing).
Matthew 18:21-35
21 Then Peter came and said to him, "Lord, if another member of the church sins against me, how often should I forgive? As many as seven times?" 22 Jesus said to him, "Not seven times, but, I tell you, seventy-seven times.

I would look at your salvation closely and determine if you are really saved by Jesus Christ. You can't be secure in your salvation until you understand the gravity of what He did for you. Read John Piper's book, "The Passion of Jesus Christ: 50 Reasons Why Christ Suffered and Died," and it will help. Did Christ die before or after you sinned? The obvious answer is before. So anything and everything that occurs afterward is covered by the blood of Jesus. Besides, you can't lose by demerit what you never gained by merit. It's a gift. God never said if you sin again, He'd take it back. Salvation is free. Forgiveness of sin is free. Eternal life is free. That's why Paul told us not to use our freedom in Christ to be malicious. In other words, you are so free to do whatever you want, you can abuse it. He qualifies it with this: but if you name the name of Christ, you won't want to sin like that. God knows that when you become saved, you can't just stop sinning. If so, we wouldn't need the Holy Spirit to strengthen us. We won't be sinless, but we will sin less. And if we are sincere, we will get up, and with the Spirit's help and guidance, strive even harder to be like Christ. And you're not accountable for the new sins. The blood never loses its power.

If you truly repented the first time, Heavenly Father forgave you and forgot your sins. Just be truly repentant this time and try to not sin again. You probably won't succeed but try and Heavenly Father will forgive over and over and over again. He knows our weakness and that is why Jesus taught us to pray "forgive us our sin as we forgive those who sin against us.

Only the new sins. Repentance mean tableau rosa (rose?)
Blank slate. But I don't think it's too hard to ask for forgiveness over everything that you know and don't know you did. Only takes a minute and a sincere heart.

If you have asked forgiveness then those sins are wiped clean. God doesn't hold grudges although if I were Him, I probably would. We are going to sin, it's in our human nature. We won't be perfect until we go to be with him or he comes again. We have to try and behave but I'm afraid we allow satan to rule sometimes so we just have to keep asking for forgiveness when we do sin.

Only the New ones. Jesus stand up for you on the old ones. So now those dont exist. Check Hebrews 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more."

No, unless its the same sin that when you found out it was wrong repented and did it again. Therefore you are willingly slapping God in the face.
