There's no way the U.S. would attack Pakistan. You're our ally and helping us with the fight against Al Qaeda. The only thing the U.S. wants to do is STRENGTHEN the relationship with your country.

Most Americans (Those who pay attention) know that Pakistan is a progressive country with different political interests and some extremists... not at all unlike the United States. We don't want to be defined by those in our country who are political extremists just as you don't.

There's no reason to believe what those in India are saying about the U.S. As we say, "Consider the source."

Take care.

Arg.

I would like to say that of course, the leaders of our country would never attack Pakistan, nor any other country unless provoked. But, unfortunately, the leaders of our country have largely been bought and paid for by large mega-corporations.
The fact of the matter is, we have no reason to attack Pakistan because you don't have massive oil reserves.

As far as Iran goes - hopefully we won't invade Iran. The problem is that the world needs to end nuclear proliferation. I know that coming from an American, whose country is the only nation to use an atomic or nuclear weapon against another country sounds a bit disingenous, but it's true. Almost every American regrets the decision to develop such a device, as I'm sure the Russians do as well. Ever since the 1940's we've lived in fear that someone (the Soviets, Chineese, Cubans, terrorists, etc.) would use such weapons against our cities. As for the people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, we regret the horrific loss of life. There's a reason why we've never used such weapons in war after WWII, and that's because the American people just would not stand for it. So long as they aren't used against us first...

look, Pakistan is financing some of the Talibans so, they may attack the places where the can find Taliban ally, and if it means attacking Pakistan, they will just do it... But seriously, the US will only bombard Iran, they will not invade it, so the same may happen to Pakistan, meaning that only some spots will be targeted, not the whole country. American power is declining, as the new kind of war they are waging (assymetric conflict) will cost them to bankrupt... Their army dont have the means to win such war, a tank is meaningless, and airplanes are almost useless in spoting the ennemy... So maybe they will need to attack inside the broders of Pakistan, but they already know, that they have lost it!! Then after, China and India will begin their rise and the US will become old history in 10 to 20 years from now...
Good luck everybody!

In all probability the US will at some point attack Pakistan. The US government has little concern for Pakistan and its people except to use Pakistan as a buffer and eventual staging area in its Middle Eastern wars. The ultimate goal of the US is to establish Israeli hegemony throughout the Middle East. Because Pakistan is a nuclear power and an Islamic nation, it is a natural enemy of Israel. Israel will not tolerate a a nuclear armed Pakistan, and consequently Israel will order its puppet government in the US to attack Pakistan. Since you are Pakistani, I assume you understand Pakistan's position much better than I ever will. However, I foresee the Pakistani people eventually overthrowing their own government and establishing a pro-Muslim, anti-American government. Keep in mind that the US simply wants to use Pakistan for its own militaristic goals, and does not care the least bit for Pakistan and her people.

Pakistan certainly won't be attacked while it continues to maintain an apearance of cooperation in the 'War on Terror.' Unless there's a coup or something to change the government's current policies, that apearance should remain.

Also, Iran isn't at all likely to be attacked (by the US), anytime soon. I'm sure there may be Indians who hope to have thier long conflict with Pakistan resolved in thier favor by the /deus ex machina/ intervention of the US, but that's just wishful thinking on thier part.

it quite is weird and wonderful - because it grow to be not in any respect the point of america to attack Pakistan (which could be no longer something to us of a might want to do with any uncomplicated). the three countries of evil said by Bush were Iran, Iraq, and Korea. every person telling you Pakistan is promoting you something. the U. S. attacking both Iran or Korea has to do with the global chance those probably risky (contained in the experience of their administration in most cases) in the experience that they were to augment and procure nuclear guns.

Its funny isnce Pakistan is a safe haven for terrorists to cross over in its borders.
MSNBC did a report on camera that showed how easy it is to go across the border and back in and out of pakistan with no challenge.

Yet Bush gives all this money to pakistan its pathetic.

But then bush is a liar so you cant blame pakistan for taking advantage of Bush. Heck everyone else gets paid, why shouldnt they - is probably theyre belief.

But clear as day, you can hop a bus into and out of pakistan
And the excuse was theres too many people daily tocheck. them all.

So much for being our allie when you allow our enemies to enter and exit your country at will

I don't think so.

Pakistan is really no threat to us. As you said, they captured many terrorists after 9/11 and if I'm not mistaken, they were the most helpful government.

You just have to accept the fact that there are alot more Indians than Pakistanis and they all hate you. lol.
