I am 18, with a nice body, i just feel that i'm gaining weight in my tummy area. I'm usually 115 pounds but i'm at 120 now and i'm in college so that doesn't help. I want some advice about maybe a water diet, or no bread diet that can naturally help me loose like 5 pounds. i don't look fat, i just want to be nice and toned. I walk alot and i'm very active..i just been enjoying bread and carbs alot. I just want to maintain my body that is all.

well... the only advice I can give you, is maybe do sit-ups throughout the day. do any number of sets of 10.
example: you wake up, do 2 sets of 10 sit-up (or crunches) at lunch, do another 2 sets, then before bed, do another 2 sets.

It may take a little time to see results, but so does anything you try.. I wouldnt suggest you cut-down or cut-off some foods because it seems that you are healthy and you're eating well..

Belly fat can also be connected to stress, so you should think about that too!

All in all, just do some work-out around the tummy area (and you might say you dont have time, but you'd be suprised on how little time it takes to do these) besides, once you get used to doin it regularly, you wont even have to think about it.. it just comes naturally.

I believe RJ truthfully had a few well facets. It is primary for cats to have a few form of their diets, and so they have got to be energetic too.. now not just for weight reduction, however they want their middle and muscular tissues bolstered identical to people do, or they may be able to run into well being issues. I might most likely simply feed them approximately the equal quantity (until the smaller cat will get even smaller.. then I might feed him extra considering the fact that he might simply have a quicker metabolism), and recreation each cats everday, however notably your huge kitty! Over time your cat will have to shed pounds, as all animals (adding people) might. However, if you happen to take a look at eating regimen and recreation, and nothign works, your kitty might have a thyroid hindrance, and I might get it looked at by way of the vet every time feasible.

Try this drinking this shake for breakfast and lunch for 1 week. 2 cups of non-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice, 2 bananas ( you can substitute other fruit too), 1 Tablespoon of honey. Mix all in a blender. Use half for breakfast, half for lunch, then a reasonable dinner. You're supposed to lose 6-10 lbs in one week. Try it 1 week see if you lose those pesky 5 lbs, after that just eat healthier and exercise.
