cause im a girl and we were playing football with my "guy"friends and they said that i was man handling every body cause i was takling and catching the ball and hitting people

usually being "man handled" is being touched in a ruff way, like if a guy would grab a girl tight by her arms or push her she would be "man handled" it's just a saying though....
