If the only thing u r complaining of is not being able to sleep at night, then that's easy there are a lot of things u can do to help u sleep better like:
1. Reduce yr caffeine intake.
2. Try to have a good workout or even go for long walks during the day.
3. Eat very lightly for dinner.
4. Have a long nice bath.
5. Have a warm glass of milk before bed time (What our mum's used to do).

There are many reasons for not sleeping at night;
1) You might drink or eat something which is mind waking such as choclate or cofee.
2) You are maybe thinking about something spacific.
3) You might sleep at noon which affect your night sleeping.
Solution: avoid those things and try to exersize one hour before sleeping. Trust me you will sleep as a child ;)

it can be a side effect of depression but is generally called insomnia. if you aren't feeling any symptoms of depression during the day chances are you just need to get more exercise to make sure you're tired enough to go to bed at night. i know i personally can't sleep unless i've exercised.
