I have a bubble on my top lip and it looks like it is filled with water. Its a hard lump and its itchy. does anyone know what it is and how do i get rid of it?

Sounds like some kind of cold sore. Don't mess with it, and don't kiss anyone until it's gone or you could spread it to them. It is a member of the herpes family. Get some Abreva at the drug store or something like that.

you have a cold sore. there are many over the counter treatments for cold sores, talk to your local pharmacist about what they might recommend. With the right treatment, the blister will dry up and heal in a week to ten days.
be very careful to wash your hands if you touch the blister, as it sheds viruses the whole time it is there and you can transfer those viruses to other parts of your body.

Fever Blister? Ask the Pharmacist at yor local drugstore what over-the-counter ointment is most effective at preventing the spread of the sore and curing the outbreak.
