How do you deal with a boyfriend leaving for a week?

My boyfriend and I see each other a few times a week and plan to get married in September, so youi can see how close we are. He is a going on a business trip for a week and I feel devastated. I know I'll see him when he gets back, but any advice on how to be strong?
