The same bible says Matthew 10:28 "Dont be afraid of the one that kills ur earthly life be afraid of the one who will kill u in this life and the life to come".
It is not GOD will for people to kill or perscute others.But christians are perscute because they have the keys of truth.The keys to lead the people to there saviour to end the dominion of devil.But devil doesnt want it to happen.He comes to steal kill and destroy(Bible says).So what more way to hide the truth from people than to kill servants of JESUS.But not all die.Yes even today in some places die for there faith.But u cant be sure that u will die of perscution when u recieve JESUS.When u love JESUS.JESUS will protect u.Yes u will suffer.But JESUS will comfort u.Dont let u free of getting killed get over ur relationship with JESUS.If u dont u will feel the way the people u mentioned above felt when they were stoned,crucified etc every moment of ur life in hell fire.
But GOD did make a way.to save u
"For GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoso ever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life".Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.

Yes, that's right. If you read a little more carefully, the Bible says that if there is no eternal life for believers, they are to be pitied above all others. What you say is obvious to all who have even a vague familiarity with the Bible, but I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

Jesus promised us that this would be the case.
As it is written: "But before all these things take place, people will arrest you and persecute you. They will hand you over to synagogues and prisons, and you will be brought before kings and governors for my name's sake. It will give you an opportunity to testify. So purpose in your hearts not to prepare your defense ahead of time, for I will give you such speech and wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to resist or refute it. He also told us that we were to count the cost before deciding. (Luke 14:27ff)

But you are forgetting something...God rewards the faithful with everlasting life. So basically, people like you who persecute Christians with your speech and make fun of them for believing in God and trusting in his direction...well, we'll be the ones rewarded by God for enduring it.
