go to school or take some classes pertaining to the field in the CIA that you want to be a part of. Most of the time people wanting to join the CIA major in science or criminal fields. Then while in school you can probably do some internships at the CIA and then when graduation comes you can apply. Your chances of being accepted will be greater if you go to school first.
