Do you believe what you are told, or do you think for yourself?

Always, always, always think for myself. But I'm not really much of a leader either, since I have an inherent distrust of anyone whose willing to follow. LOL

Neither of those qualities define a follower or a leader.
To some extent, we all believe what we are told. We believe the sun is millions of miles away, despite the fact we haven't measured the distance.
And to some extent we all think for ourselves, such as what to eat for dinner, or what clothing to wear.
One cannot be a "leader" unless there are those willing to follow. One cannot be a "follower" unless one has chosen someone to follow.
How this relationship develops depends upon the people involved.

Following has never been one of my talents. I certainly don't believe anything that I'm told blindly. However, I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a leader either ... I'm not really interested in leading others, I'm more concerned about figuring out what's best for me in my life. I don't want to have all the answers for everyone else.

People all my life have told me that I would be a leader for God, and I am beginning to see that happen. But in another sense I am a follower of God...
So both, a leader unto men, and a follower unto God

I'll follow a vibe untill it becomes notessential,like in learning what you need in life. I lead myself into places that I need to aquire some sort of knowledge from. They fly! But! I feel that in time I will have to lead less because I'm trying to surround myself with sound people that can walk through life at an agreeable pace togeather and know your roll-

I think for myself, and always have.
That doesn't mean anyone's going to follow me, however. I do not require anyone to think as I do. Only to accept me as I am.
Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow.
Don't walk behind me, I may not lead.
Walk beside me and be my friend.

I am both. I follow Jesus. And I also lead people to a life saving connection with God. : )
