Ive fallen really badly for this guy at work and i thought we were getting along great n all but then the other day he starts talking to me about this other girl that he likes and im sat their thinking - kill me!! It was like he reached down my throat and pulled out my insides!! Well, anyway, now i no for sure he doesn't like me in that way how do i get over him??
nb: ive never had a bf before and dont really see me getting wiv another guy to get over him!!
Help - im dying here.

DUDE!!! remember guys come and go...but your friends are always with you all the way there a sooo many guys out there and there is always this one guy that is your life partner thats been waiting for you since you were born,yea im in seventh grade i once felt that same way i know its hard, In 6th grade i liked this boy and i thought the same way but found out he didnt really like me...it totally killed me man...but you will find a guy..start off friends,better friends,maybe even fall in love... if your lucky he will like you but if he dosent so who cares he probly lost the best girl he would ever meet,if it wasent ment to be it was NEVER ment to be...but its ok man your friends will always be there for you ALL the way and dont take it too hard on yourself...TIME...WILL HEAL EVERYTHING im serious it does...luck man

come on dear - its not the end of the world - time will heal all wounths including a broken heart - take a good look into ur mirror - u will see that this girl in there will definately find a guy that will love her with all his heart and soul - relax and be patient dear - happyness is waiting for u just arround the next corner - chear up and all the best wishes for u

You have a long tough road ahead of you to getting over him, but once you have gotten over him (possible you might find someone else to fall for in the process) you will be relieved. Also everything positive you learn from falling for him (just like the ones you will hopefully fall for after him) will stay with you as long as you live.

Well try not to see anyone else for a while..boy wise and try to just calm down don't worry this has happened to me to and just don't give up on him one day he will realize that the girl he really likes isn't all that and more and that he had a better friendship with you and would like to take that friendship further!!!

Like all wounds, if you keep picking at it and opening it up, it will continue to bleed and, possibly, become infected. Put the proverbial band-aid on it (what ever makes you feel better for the moment) and get away from anything that will infect it. I KNOW it's very difficult and very painful but remove yourself as far as possible both physically and emotionally.

finally thus far, i have not in any respect had my heart damaged, i have continuously carried out the heart breaking...it quite is like you said from time to time worse for me reason I have a tendency to sense mega in charge and stuff....my very last boyfriend thoroughly fell aside after I broke up with him, he did not wanna enable me bypass, so as that grow to be not uncomplicated to manage.... :)

Read a book called "He's just not that into you" I read it and it helped me so much. He also writes a book called "Its called a break-up because its broke, girls guide to a break-up" it will seriously help you look at relationships from awhole new perspective. GIve it is shot, hope it helps.

You never said you dated and that he was your boyfriend. You were just getting along. I get along with a lot of people. I think you read too much into your friendship and he didn't.

You need a quick fix! Just go out and find someone new! Be adventurous and flirt away! You'll find someone quickly and can get it out of your system!

honestly i dont think there is anyway to "get over it", they way i delt with getting over a guy is going out with my girl friends to a party, club, movie, coffee, shopping....etc just do soemthing to keep your mind off of it.
