Why would someone be trying to pawn some "cleanse" product in every response to a weight question?

It's just typical spam--no different from the "I have the best answer to your question. www.hometown.aol.com"

Really you should report it. That way when the accounts are deleted you dont have to sort through a lot of spam to get to the answers.

Also some people chose it as the best answer. Supposedly it always answers the question--how can I lose weight without exercising or working out.
