some one pleasehelp me it hurts really bad and is irratating me. HELP ME!!!!!

frost bite from the salt and ice, hope you learned that you don't need to do every silly thing your so called "friend" might tell you to do.
the only thing that is going to make that "ice burn" better is time. Putting more ice on it will only make it worse, putting heat on it will just increase the inflammation. Elevate the arm above the level of the heart to encourage the inflammation to go down, take a couple of aspirin, and make a note to avoid doing something so foolish again.

What the heck is SALT for? Take that off. Ridiculous.
Go to the doctor or emergency room if it hurts that bad.
Keep the ice on it until you are seen.

The only thing truly going down is the ice cube...salt is melting it. What exactly did you do to the arm?
