where do i get info about "Safe Harbor" i prepare taxes but am not familiar enough with this.

Trying searching 1040es instructions on the IRS gov website. If you are an indvidual, safe harbor in a nutshell is paying 100% of your prior year's taxes to avoid underpayment penalties.
