I tried the scary owl. They aren't scared. I have tried a couple of other things but they just rebuild. Help!!

Get a pellet gun and shooot them down....leave the carcuses for the other birds to see their fate if they should want to follow in such a dastardly deed. Just like they did to pirates.

No not really don't do that.

Get a plastic owl and put it up there.

You might try removing the awning this year. Sometimes, plaing some wire mesh or screening where they like to nest will deter them. Some birds are programmed to rebuild their nests in the same place year after year.

Birds like quiet sheltered places. If you make a point of keeping the radio going under the awning all day and hosing it down every week, they'll get the point and go away for the year, but they may be back next year.

I added rubber snakes on each anchor to the house. I have a roll up awning. They don t like snakes. You can buy them in the kid s department at Walmart

Put a really smelly thing there that will make the birds go away... remember birds have a diffrent liking of smells so i would go with a bucket of manure.
