I have a couple, but I am sick of them. Does anyone have any favorites they can recommend? I mostly want cardio, but weight training is good too.

Personally I love MTV Yoga. That is one of my favorites.

Denise Austin is impressive. Her cardio is soo intense I never make it through the whole thing. I have "Ultimate Fat Burner"

Killer Butt with Delorez...I forgot her last name. Martinez maybe? Thats really good too but I think she pulses too fast--not that good for the knees but when I don't do the pulses I love the workout.

Self magazine released a "Bikini Ready Fast" that is good--but not that intense. I use it nearly everyday since I can finish my whole workout in an hour and usually I dont have much more than an hour to spare.

I love kickboxing so anything martial arts inspired. Plus I love the bellydancing ones. I have quite a few of those that have fascinated me. It all depends on your memorization skills though b/c some of them go too fast for me to keep up with.
