It should be a happy time no matter what. Enjoy the new baby and enjoy reflecting on the brother. Reflect and remember the good times of the brother and never forget that, and always enjoy the birth of a baby.

Happy time of-course... as sad as it is to lose a sibling, if he died as a born again Christian it should be a celebration! The birth of a new baby is naturally celebratory... life and death are both natural, for those with a positive outlook on life both can be celebrated!

You dont have to generalize the mood. It can be both. honor the dead as well as the living. I recommend trying to make it more positive to help people get over the loss.

You should be joyous! Be happy. If you are expected to have a baby on that date, then God has planned it so you wouldn't mourn on that date any longer. Don't question things like that.

Morbid and grossly unfair to the child. I see plenty of couch time in it's future.
