I had a young lady yesterday buy ticks from me at the box office for an upcoming baseball game.....I think I might of double charged her...it took me 10-15 minutes to reboot the system and made her wait along time. She told me in casual chatter where she worked and I went there to see if she was there she wasn't. Is it ok to leave a message for her about this? I also want to see if I can make it up to her too.

It is very considerate of you to think to do that, most people wouldn't..I think it is a great idea to leave her a message about this..I'm sure she will really appreciate it. i know thab if it was me i would..i guess there still is some good honest people out there...who knew?
