The egg. Due to evolution, whatever the chicken evolved from presumably had eggs and Darwins theory of natural selection would say that mutations that helped the survival of the species would have created the modern chicken. Therefore the egg came before the chicken, even if it wasn't technically the same animal!

the chicken because eggs cant run.
also the chicken came first because god made animals not eggs and if the egg came first then it would die because the egg needs warmth and something to sit on it and with out a chicken the egg will die.
