Let's see. It turns out that the frequency of wet dreams, or nocturnal emissions, varies greatly between men (more specifically teenagers going through puberty, although it happens in older men as well). Some have them regularly, others never at all.
Let's say Jesus never had a wet dream. Okay, it's plausible that He's one of the few that never had any. Only 83 percent of American men have had nocturnal emissions.
But wait.
It turns out that in cultures where masturbation is suppressed, normally because it is viewed as evil or sinful, the rate of wet dreams in men is an astounding 98%!
I bet Jesus was so holy that He would never do something as disgusting as Masturbation. Even as an adolescent, I bet He had great self control.
But being fully human, God as man incarnate, if He suppressed Masturbation He almost certainly would have pressured His body into having a nocturnal emission.
In conclusion, Jesus had wet and wild dreams.

'Jesus became wiser and grew physically. People liked him, and he pleased God.'
The fact the scripture says 'grew physically' suggests, as Jesus was human, that he would undergo puberty just like any other boy, suggesting the male bodily function of 'wet dreams'.
However, obviously, no-one knows for definite.
And why on earth would you think of that!??????
