Is there any plans (step by step , from beginning to end) to show how to make a turbine engine from a turbo found in a car.
I tried yahoo groups, but it only left my mailbox flooded. I am looking to do this without blowing myself up, hence the plans.

there are a bunch of hobbyist websites that deal with this:

took about 10 seconds to find these with a search engine

I think it's unlikely. A turbocharger is basically a compressor - it packs more fuel/air mixture into the cylinders, to get more horsepower out of them. A turbine is a complete engine. One WON"T become the other, no matter how much you want it to.
