Would you like wine with the meal!
Then you've stuck your foot in your mouth cause now you have to find out if they want rose/white or red.

"Some wine with the meal?" asked the flight attendant with a smile.
"Sure I would love some wine with my meal," the passenger replied.
"Would you like red or white to go with your meal?"
"Oh, what would you recommend to go with the fish?"
"I think the white wine would go well with the fish."
"Okay, white wine it is."
"Certainly, here you go sir."

In a serving situation, I'd say "Would you care for wine tonight?" (Obviously they're already seated with menus.)
But in normal conversation I'd say "I had wine with my dinner last night."

Generally one would say with. But regardless of how you offer it, I'm apt to accept.
Cheers!
