You should see your regular physician for a checkup to determine the cause of your headaches. It may be that you need eyeglasses, or that you need to go to a chiropractor because your body in not alligned. It might also be something more serious. The most important thing is to see your doctor for a medical opinion. They have to determine the cause to fix the problem. Call your local hospital if you don't have a doctor to find out where the free clinics in your area are.

A headache can be caused by more than one reason.
Sinus, stress etc. If it is either of these it needs different
treatment. Sinus can be caused by allergies, so either
sinus or allergy medication for that. Stress headaches
needs a lessening of the stress. Walking is a great stress
reliever, working out, or seeing a Dr. Good luck.

Whenever a headache strikes drink lots of water .Lack of oxygen may have lead to your headache. Place a few ice-cubes in a polythene bag, and apply this on the forehead and temples. Check out http://useinfo-headache.blogspot.com/ for more info

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

if you haven't seen a doctor and ruled out anything like a tumor, low iron, or something, so many things can cause it. it's hard to pinpoint 1 cause.
