something that is special to you!! I have a lower back tattoo and I LOVE it I got a tribal butterfly because butterflies are VERY special to me I NEVER regretted it anyways who cares if some LOSERS think they are "tramp stamps" they are just Haters that have nothing better to do with their time then make up stupid names for placings of tattoos GET A LIFE!!! anyways like I said do what feels right for you find something you LOVE and don't worry what people say who is it for them or you???

I have a lower back tattoo. I grind my teeth every time I hear Tramp Stamp. I have one there because it's a nice place to have one. Sure it's also a sexy place but you can be sexy without being sleezy. There's a difference. Some people have no class. Get one there if you want one. If someone calls you a tramp say "Jealous"? And wink. haha. Gets 'em every time.

I found out that any tat on the lower back is called a "tramp stamp" by most people. I think a tat should be something that means something to you and shows who you are as a person. Get what you like but if being labeled truely gets to you and you can't handle it than consider getting a tat on your ankle or back of shoulder.

Why are you asking a bunch of strangers what you should permanently get inked on your body? A tattoo is personal and should mean something to you. If you don't know what you want, you should hold off on getting a tattoo. And when you finally decide what you want, don't jump into it rashly. Think about it for 6 months to a year. Then, if you still want that tattoo, get it.
I hate the term tramp stamp, but it is what it is. It's not what your tattoo is, but where it's located.

DAMN what people think.... it's what makes you happy.. if you do get a tramp stamp(LOL) on your back then wear it with pride.. in my opinion as long as you have something that has a meaning to you and not just a guys name that you are not going to spend the rest of your life with then.. then you will be qaulified as the tramp stamp(LOL) (i'm sorry that word is just to funny to me) but on the serious side if it has meaning DAMN WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK OR SAY...

screw these freakin haters. i have so many tattoos and i got them because I like them and they all mean something to me. you cant go through life caring about what other people think of things.
with that said if you would like to get a lower back tat and you DONT want it to be labeled as that then try to stay away from small designs. i have a whole piece on my lower back from hip to hip so no one can call it that.
but honestly you really seem concerned with what other people think of it. and if thats the case dont get it at all.

Well, honey, hate to break it to you-but there are always gonna be ignorant @$$ tattoo haters and judgemental idiots who think it is there place to put labels on us because of our body art. The best bet is, if you cannot let their insults roll off your back, don't get the lower back tattoo. But, if you really want it, and the opinions of strangers and people who really don't know you and what you're about really don't phase you-get it. Make it something that means something to you. And rock it. Eff everyone who don't like it!

well it doesnt matter what you get.. its called a tramp stamp but you shouldnt let that stop you from getting something you really want. i would just get something you really love.. youre going to have it with you forever so get something meaningful.

everyone is right if it is on your lower back its a tramp stamp no matter what so get it on your hip or ankle
