i dont know why but in the last say 3-4 months my nipples have become hard from the inside its like a tiny marble or pebble inside. the outside is soft but the inside is hard and its not like when u get cold ur nipples get hard but its hard inside. its like that 24/7 both of them. since the weather is warming up i wore a t-shirt today and this guy made fun of me saying i was horny. and im a guy too. i dont know what it is but im 16 so is it puberty? will it go back down itself? please help. no rude comments.

Since you are a male - I would heavily recommend seeking a medical professional for your concerns as they seem abnormal. The male nipple area can gain the same sensitivity as a female's, but if it feels hard or like a lump - definitely get it checked by a doctor. I'm not going to go and say you have irritated nipples or cancer (as you didn't comment on any irritation, discoloration, or seepage), but I would stress that even if it is a puberty thing - get checked by your physician.

I hear you man, I have problems like this two. Just not the same as yours! It definitely is puberty, or your either cold all the time. Try putting an ice pack on each nipple for like ten minutes and see if that does anything.
