Sup BigT, it really all depends on the way you handle stress..
Some people like to eat..
Some like to drink.
Some like to work long hours at work.
Others like to draw..Others curse and hurt things..

I think that different stress causes people's bodies to react differently. For example when I my son's Father and I were having problems, I lost my appetite and was constantly sick to my stomach that I lost 30 lbs in 2 months.... when I broke up with my ex after that I coped with Food and I gained 20lbs..... Now I am having stress again and I am not eating and losing again.... Stress is a horrible thing... Just learn to deal with it in moderation!! Hope I was Helpful!!! :o)

Yes stress can cause you to overeat. Stress can take it's toll on your whole body, it can literally make you sick. Next time you feel stressed, sit or lye down, try to clear your mind, close your eyes and take deep breaths. Breathe in through you nose and out through your mouth. Do this at least 5 to 10 times. This is a Yoga technique. I hope you find this help full.

It does for me. When I get really stressed, I will eat until I'm about to be sick. I am trying really hard to work on this, though, and find healthier ways to relax.

Yes. I am such a stressful eater. It makes me feel "good" to be full - but then I get ticked at myself. Whenever I wallow in stress or self pity = food. Thankfully I can work out or think about it - but stressful times in my life means food.

No. Greediness does, fattie. Stop looking for excuses and go for a walk. Best stress buster and regular exercise generally precludes obesity.*
*Note: eating is not regular exercise.
