Chitha. That is a Zulu word that means get it all out, and it is the word I always use when someone sneezes. I never say "bless you" to anyone. A sneeze does not usually indicate the presence of the Beubonic plague, and even if it did, we can easily cure it nowadays.
By the way, a blessing does not have to come from God. It can go from a human being to God :-).

"Bless you!" :) Sure, it means GOD bless you, but it's also common courtesy and I'm sure if God heard you say that just out of habit, he would smile. :)
