Sometimes, if you eat something sweet and sugary like chocolate, you will feel a sharp pain/ache in one of your teeth. It can feel like a needle stabbing a raw nerve. It hurts. Other times, you may just feel a slight toothache once and awhile and it may not be serious pain.

Well, you cant truley tell unless you go to the Dentist. But, my dad is a Dentist and he says that if it starts to hurt and it is sensitive all of a sudden to heat and cold then you prob. have one. Just go to the Dentist and have them check it out. Also if it is in the front look for a black hole lol.

You'll have a lot of sensitivity to cold or hot or both, and/or discomfort chewing on that tooth.
