I wake up 5 a.m. every morning to go jogging. I warm up, do some stretching before jogging. i walk for 10 minutes or so then jog. after jogging i do some stretching again. so far i'm doing ok and don't get cramps. it works for me.

I was gonna say I get up get dressed and go for a walk every morning I dont "do" anything first. Stretching is a good idea though...
