every religion has been so called interperated by man then rewritten so many times im sure there have been more than a few changes from the original copy, it all has to come down to pure blind faith or brain washing depending on what religion i could be talking about.
there is not 1 single person on this planet who can tell you with absolute knowledge that their religion is the 1 true 1, but im sure ur gonna get a few people who will try.
faith and happiness, if you get that from ur religion u found the right 1, unless ur an extremest and want to blow every1 up who doesnt agree with ur religion or way of life that is

There is no such thing as a "true" religion. Every religion relies on supernatural phenomena, for which there is no objective evidence. Since every theory of religion is irrefutable, it follows that no such theory can make predictions or have any other use in the real world, and it is pointless to believe in any of them.

Christianity. Because God has a son and his name is Jesus.
There are no "higher power of sorts." Either one knows the truth of the God of creation of they dont. If they do, then they speak for God and are prophets.
I came to the knowledge of Christ because of Gods truth searching me out as it does for everyone. I responded in faith and since then God has given me the Holy Spirit and many miracles. I believe other people devoutly follow their religions for many reasons including pride, sense of investment, and perks that come along with it. Also that they have a substitute truth that are accepting AS the truth.

No religion is the true religion. Religion was created as a tool to justify the evil actions against others as a way to manipulate and control their lives.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: No one comes to the Father but by me."
Christianity is the only "religion" that will be of benefit in the long run.

I don't think anyone has the right to reccomend a religion to anyone else. I think that every religion should be individual to the person who wants the faith in the first place.

I believe there is no true religion. All of them with good or bad traits have one common motto: making a good human being and reaching out to that one supernatural thing we call God. With change in language, country or landscape the name of this Mr. God changed.

Religion in general is leap of faith.
John 14:6
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

I have done a research on all the major world religions and have come to the conclusion that the God of the bible is the creator of the universe. There is none like him. Great question!
Good luck.

The Catholic religion can be traced back to St. Peter and the Lord saying: Peter, upon this rock I will build my church." So I am believing...
As long as a religion is Christian go for it...stay away from the cults
